Closet Redo–Slow and Steady Wins the Race
So, you are saying, “that’s all she’s done?” Yes. I still cannot get the bottom bolt out of the door and that is my big obstacle. However, I have found new homes for my table cloths that I never use, my flag corps uniform and letter jacket from high school, and my stash of gift bags. I am still looking for places to store other random items.
These are a birthday wreath that I made with my own two hands in MOPS, a blank address book that I intend to gift one day, now that no one but my mom uses address books anymore, and a stash of small children’s scrap book thingies I picked up on the clearance aisle at Target a few years ago with good intentions. Good thing I kept them.
These are the Christmas decorating orphans, along with a few others. A broken light sabre that I am trying to hide from the boys, a curtain rod that has no brackets, and a framed counted cross stich of the nativity that I made years ago.
I found a can of pretty blue paint in the garage that I think I will use for the inside. Goal? To get that dang bolt out and finish getting the closet cleaned out by Wednesday.

Project 1–Closet Redo
This is our hall closet that, for the most part, goes unnoticed and neglected. It contains various Christmas decorations that really don’t have a home, my old high school letter jacket (for real), table cloths, gift bags, and some wrapping paper. All things that could have other homes. It is, I confess, a closet I often forget about. It is near the 1/2 bath, Iain’s office, the laundry area, and down from the kitchen. I found a great idea on Pinterest a few weeks ago and am determined to do it. Here is my inspiration. So far, I have taken two of the three bolts out of the door hinges. The third is stubborn but Iain gets home tonight and I hope to get it out and get the door off tonight. Over the weekend, I’d like to pick out a paint color (it will motivate me to keep going) and get everything cleaned out.

Hello and Welcome!
Welcome to Pintimidated! This blog was born out of a yearning to see what other people attempt (or don't) after pinning away on Pinterest. I, myself, am going to blog about projects that I attempt and will post successes and failures. I encourage anyone to email me with your stories and pictures so I can post them, as well. All credit due to you, the brave soul pinning away. I will try to get the blog cleaned up and spiffy as well, but for now this will have to do. I have projects waiting.
